Leeds Community Church is a small rural Presbyterian Church located in Androscoggin County, Leeds, Maine. We are centrally located approximately 20 miles Southwest of the state capital of Augusta and 20 miles Northeast of the cities of Lewiston/Auburn. We are associated with the Presbytery of Northern New England and Mission at the Eastward (MATE).
LCC considers itself a “church for the unchurched.” Worship services are held every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. All are invited to attend. Communion is served on the first Sunday of every month. There is no dress code; come as you are.
Leeds Community Church is more than a place of worship, it’s a welcoming community oasis where people of all ages and interests can gather, connect, and grow. We take pride in opening our doors to the wider community in meaningful ways.
Our food pantry serves neighbors in need on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Throughout the week, our building comes alive with activity: a Girl Scout troop gathers here, friends meet in the gym for pickleball, and creative hands come together in our sewing group. We also host a children’s leadership and community service club, helping young people learn, serve, and thrive.
Across the year, we bring the community together through special events like shared dinners, Trunk-or-Treat celebrations, and more. Youth game nights are held some Saturday evenings, offering a fun and welcoming space for connection.
